Ralph Barsi is the Senior Director of the Global Demand Center (GDC) at ServiceNow.

The GDC is a worldwide sales development organization comprised of account development professionals that open doors into prospective accounts. They set quality meetings for the Sales organization through diligent follow-up of Marketing-driven leads and outbound prospecting.

Ralph’s career spans almost 25 years in sales, with experience as an individual contributor and leader. He is recognized by the largest association of inside sales professionals as one of the most influential inside sales professionals in the industry, a distinction he earned in 2014 and 2015.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Ralph built and led similar teams at companies including Vertical Networks, Elsevier, InsideView, and Achievers. Most recently, Ralph served as the VP of Field Operations for Achievers, which was acquired by Blackhawk Network.

Ralph holds a B.A. in Communication from Saint Mary’s College of California. In addition to GrowthX Academy, Ralph is also a mentor for the Women In Sales Awards and the Sales Hacker US War Veterans Program.

A frequent speaker, writer, and teacher of sales development and inside sales, Ralph’s also a rock drummer and family man. He lives with his wife and three boys in the San Francisco Bay Area.
