The Growth Marketing Program at GrowthX Academy is a 12-week, immersive, in-person learning environment in San Francisco, the heartbeat of the tech industry. We focus on your Career starting on Day 1! Your instructors, career coach and mentors will work with you on the GrowthX Academy Career Funnel™. The career funnel is our proprietary process and toolkit that helps you find that perfect job and career.

The GrowthX Academy community consists of student peers, instructors, mentors, investors, founders, startups and GrowthX Academy Events. You’ll be immersed in the community and be able to connect and contribute to it forever. You’ll also get a full membership to Galvanize, a dynamic entrepreneurial location where you can thrive. Learn first-hand from those who have successfully built and sold companies. Sessions will consist not only of concept introduction and review, but healthy discussion and debate, enabling you to fully engage with the ideas and information being shared with you.

The GrowthX Academy Growth Marketing curriculum is designed to help you become a top-notch growth expert with the knowledge of both the high-level strategic frameworks and the tactical hands-on skills required for execution. With a focus on growth, you’ll learn a mix of programming, statistics, growth hacking, viral marketing, and storytelling.
You’ll receive first-hand knowledge from a team of instructors who’ve worked with hundreds of technology companies, including fast-growth startups and large corporations. This module teaches you expert-level processes and roadmaps for running a successful digital marketing engine.
You’ll learn customer acquisition strategies to help drive adoption. Next, you’ll dive into how to identify the right customer acquisition channels, prioritize investments, reporting, and measurement. You’ll then discover how to operationalize paid acquisition channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook ad targeting and then jump into other emerging paid channels, including SnapChat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
You’ll learn how to:
1. Scrape data
2. Work with complex data sets using Google Analytics, Spark and Hadoop
3. Create social triggers
4. Automate paid advertising
5. Rapidly build your email list
6. Creative frameworks for fast testing
As a growth marketer, you’ll assume the role of a product manager when building out new features. You’ll learn product management fundamentals, conversion rate optimization, product data loops, social loops and viral loops.
Your story is how all your users will remember you. You’ll learn our blueprint development and storytelling prototypes. You’ll also adopt the made-to-stick SUCCES framework (Simple, Unexpected, Concrete, Credible, Emotional Stories). But the story does not matter if messaging and copywriting aren’t executed properly. Creating content is critical for any digital marketing campaign. Our experts will teach you how to create a message architecture, content marketing writing skills, email copywriting, video scripts and how to A/B test different messages.
