GrowthX Academy is looking for a Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on Content Strategy and Visual Design, with a high technical aptitude.
High-level thinkers who also have a penchant for keeping track of details are ideal candidates for this job. You must be willing to work in a high tempo workplace, communicate well verbally and well with the written word.
These strategy experts must have the analytical abilities necessary to gather key business and user insights and apply their strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated. Project management experience will help you keep projects on track and within budget. You must be highly organized and be able to work with multiple types of tools.
Other desirable traits include the ability to compellingly communicate a brand’s story, and a design sensibility to envision how content will be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics or multimedia presentations.
A firm understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills are preferred.
From a day-to-day perspective, ideal individuals will excel at the planning and execution of duties related to content creation and posting, website updates, event planning, email campaigns, and general marketing needs. And, be able to contribute to improvements, and pivot as necessary to plan and work on new campaigns and projects as necessary.
