A graduate of Georgetown University, Craig Pritsky is an executive in the medical device
world who has worked for Fortune 500 companies, venture capital backed startups and companies
undergoing a challenging merger that needed the help of a “turnaround expert”. In his years of
experience, Craig has – as an individual contributor – built award winning, multi-million dollar
territories from those doing no business and seeing negative growth. At a multinational Fortune
500 company, Craig took an underperforming territory and within 3 years had it performing at
well over $2 million dollars. At a well-regarded startup, Craig took a new territory and saw
immense growth within his first year of over 400% finishing in the top 3% of the sales force. This
quickly earned him a promotion into a position where he continued his success by building a hybrid
team responsible for millions of dollars of growth. Craig is highly skilled at identifying, recruiting,
training, developing, retaining and promoting talented individuals. He is passionate about
leadership and sales training.
Craig’s experience is not isolated to sales, however. He has successfully interacted with
clinical personnel and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to help drive acceptance of novel, paradigm
shifting technologies and been a champion for the voice of the customer in the walls of the
company. Craig is highly skilled at navigating the challenging environments of Value Analysis
committees and new product launches. As a certified sales coach, Craig is known throughout
the healthcare industry for his ability to develop innovative commercialization strategies that
leads to immense top line growth.
Craig is also a seed stage investor active with several angel organizations in the northern
California area. Additionally, he mentors a number of companies in the life science arena across
the globe at various stages as they seek to grow their organizations via sales, marketing and market
and business development. Craig is a frequent guest on podcasts and for interviews to share his
knowledge about sales and marketing excellence as well as his understanding of how early, small
companies can navigate the funding process.
In his free time, Craig enjoys cooking, reading biographies (especially those about World
War II military leaders) and practicing Kenpo.
Craig currently resides in northern CA with his wife, son and a Hungarian Vizsla named
