I am responsible for leading the Sales Development Program helping my reps achieve quota while aligning Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations. I facilitate, direct, and support the Sales Development (SDR) team’s ability to analyze customer needs in terms of current business goals, challenges and obstacles while also identifying opportunities

My overall goal is to increase pipeline of qualified opportunities for both Inside and Outside sales reps by generating new leads and setting sales qualified meetings. I bridge the communication gap by maintaining close working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. This has allowed me to successfully build a repeatable and sustainable lead generation process, pipeline of leads/opportunities, conversion rate visibility providing measurable improvement in top-line and bottom-line growth
